Building on our success, 2006 marked the expansion of ICSolutions into collaboration with major Acquisition, Design, and Construction companies in the telecommunications sector. We provided a comprehensive range of Civil Engineering, Rigging, and Specialist Working at Height services to support their endeavours.
In 2012, recognizing the growing importance of renewable energy, ICSolutions diversified into the renewable sector seamlessly, drawing upon our existing skill set. This expansion included the construction of large wind turbine bases, creation of new roads and access tracks, installation of crane pads, trenching and cabling works, and building high-spec substations for regional electricity companies.
Throughout our journey, we have remained committed to the industry, continuously refining our processes to maintain the highest standards while enhancing productivity.
In 2013, to further bolster our service offerings, JNS Connections merged into the ICSolutions group. This strategic move enabled us to provide electrical services for both domestic and commercial markets, including renewable solar and wind energy, along with a wide range of electrical installation services.
In 2018, we achieved another significant milestone by becoming a tier one supplier. Our reputation for excellence was solidified by our work on prestigious projects such as the Commonwealth Games, Olympics, and key buildings in London. This recognition led us to join VMo2 as one of their principal designers and contractors.
As part of VMo2, we played a crucial role in the aggressive rollout of 5G technology. Our project management expertise ensured the successful delivery of 5G infrastructure across various sites, from design to build. In 2023 ICS was awarded a new contract with VMo2, to continue the success of previous years.
