Construction Project Management and Logistics
ICS are approved for all the site providers and their systems. ICS management team run with the site from as early as the design survey stages, put together a program of works, evaluate and eliminate risks and create health and safety packs. We also liaise with site providers, councils and the operator networks before the field staff attend site.
The correct resource from each of our construction, electrical and rigging departments are deployed to site, with all the health and safety measurements in place, there is close contact between the field staff and the management team throughout the build to ensure a smooth running site, any problems are resolved quickly so the build program is not affected. This also gives the team the ability to report back to our clients in real time the correct and up to date information.
